Gallagher Studios brings to you the works of one artist/photographer, Maggie O’Donnell.  A long time student of the arts, Maggie works in a number of mediums including oils, acrylics, gesso, metals, glass and sand to create her abstract paintings.  They are as lovely as they are thoughtful.  In the eye of the observer they subtly evoke the emotions for which each are named.  Her other great passion is photography, it too is all her own.  With a keen eye her streetscapes and landscapes draw the viewer in as she captures the feeling of everyday life in the cities and countrysides of some of the most beautiful places in the world.

Her paintings and photographs are cherished in private collections of family, friends and admirers of her work throughout the United States, London and Paris.  My husband and I proudly display a number of her pieces we commissioned in our home.  We are now honored to introduce her works to you! Message from the Artist

Thank you for spending a few minutes visiting and viewing my work.  Hopefully you’ve enjoyed your time.  I have been painting and studying photography nearly all my life, mainly sharing my art with family and friends. Through word of mouth I began doing commissioned pieces for friends and now friends of friends for their homes and offices.   I paint because it is my passion.   I enjoy working with people especially when they too are engaged in the creative process.  When I  decided to share my work on this site it was with the idea that it brings you joy too.  Photography is a also a great passion of mine.  I shoot everything and anything that catches my eye. Our world is an incredibly beautiful place.  As a gift to her, Gallagher Studios was named for my Grandmother, an inspiration to me and a generous and loving woman in every way. Enjoy,
